Close Encounters of the Scooter Kind

I think, while this image came instantly, it was born from that South Park episode mixed with a scooter parked at precisely the point no car could park either side of it. Not to mention the risks they take zooming over the crossings from a distance. I am convinced they are from another planet and I wish they would be returned to sender.
